Because feeding your baby can feel really overwhelming, and you don’t have to figure it out alone. As an RN and IBCLC, I bring clinical knowledge, 20 years of professional experience, personal experience of struggling with feeding my own babies, and compassionate, personalized support to help families meet their feeding goals, whatever those look like. Whether it’s latching, pumping, supplementing, or a combo, I’m here to troubleshoot challenges, answer questions, and make feeding feel more manageable and joyful.

Honestly, sooner is better! I love working with families during pregnancy because we can prepare together, talk through their hopes and questions, understand their specific health history and that may affect latching and/or making milk, and build their confidence before the baby arrives. But if their baby is already here, then anytime is the right time. Whether they’re a few days in or a few months down the road, it’s never too late to get support.
I provide individualized consults in person in Northern Utah or virtually worldwide.

Every appointment is a little different because every family is different! Sometimes we're whispering while a baby sleeps, and other times we're jumping right into a feeding because baby is ready now!
We'll talk about your feeding journey, what's going well, what's been challenging, and what your goals are. During an in-home visit, I'll assess your baby, check their weight, observe a feeding, and offer hands-on guidance. Virtual visits include a guided assessment and feeding support.
Most importantly, this time is about you and your baby. You'll leave with practical tips, a personalized care plan, and continued support so you feel more comfortable and confident moving forward.

I'm currently accepting self-pay clients while I work on getting credentialed with insurance companies. Stay tuned! I'm excited to offer more insurance-covered visits soon.
In the meantime, you're welcome to schedule an in-home or virtual lactation consultation. HSA and FSA funds may also be used for eligible visits.
